Project: RAITT Transformation Program
Telefónica Germany's RAITT transformation program will pave the way for it to become a true online, convergent and omni-channel digital champion with automated process flows and minimized back-office interactions. Also, to be incorporated will be continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts with cloud-native solutions offering convergence across business lines.
Project: Tibco Separation Project
The objective of the project is to provide both Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) Networks and ESB Networks retail markets with their own dedicated market messaging Hub. This consist of two hubs, an upgraded Hub for ESB Networks retail market and a new Hub for the NIE Networks retail market. Each Hub will be hosted in the NIE Networks Data centre. In addition, the re-development of web forms user interfaces for both the NI (NIE Networks) and ROI (ESB Networks) retail markets suppliers.
Project: Digital transformation
The EPO has embarked on an extensive digital transformation programme that will involve seamlessly replacing legacy applications and costly mainframes with modern technologies covering the entire patent granting process. Utilising continuous integration tools and cloud-native technologies to actualise faster and more efficient software development process.
Project: Williams & Glyn Project
Encompasses building of an independent technical platform to support business operations of the divesting banking services. This platform will be a mirror of the current client (RBS) platform, however agreed exceptions, optimisations and simplifications will be applied where this is mandated or achieves a lower risk/cost profile.
Project: Server Migration Project
Taking responsibility for the E2E activities of testing the migration of approximately 4000 Servers - Physical and Virtual Windows 2003 which include planning, estimating, risk identification and
execution through to the delivery of the Servers and Systems into Production.
Project: Stores Infrastructure Refresh Programme (SIRP)
Stores Infrastructure Refresh Programme (SIRP) involves design, build and rollout of completely new IT infrastructure into 500 M&S Stores within the UK. This project will design, build and test the
Stores Servers, Desktop and Infrastructure environment.
Project: National Programme for IT (NpfIT)
National Programme for IT is a solution to transform the way information flows around the Health Service, making it possible to deliver faster, safer and more convenient patient care. It involves computerisation and business process re-engineering of NHS core systems and sub-systems. Data migration from existing systems into the new architecture as well as connections to maintained legacy systems.
Project: Project Oxford
Project Oxford is a solution to deliver sales of draw-based games via Tesco EPOS checkout tills. This consists primarily of the development, testing and deployment of a new application (Gateway) which will act as a hub for Lottery wager transactions between Camelot and Tesco Infrastructures. Also involved is the enhancement of Camelot's existing Core Gaming Online Systems (GOLS) which is proprietary hardware and communication protocols.
Project: K2 Pilot
National Launch and Post National Launch (New Credit Card Scheme) Business-critical joint venture between Marks & Spencer Financial Services and the Retail arm of Marks & Spencer for the Pilot and National Launch of Marks & Spencer New Credit Card, which incorporates a Loyalty Scheme Account Management element.
Project: Allied Irish Bank ICBS Implementation
AIB (Allied Irish Bank) ICBS Implementation project involving the deployment of ICBS (International Comprehensive Banking System) retail banking software as backend with Branch Teller (BT) and CRS (Customer Relationship Servicing) as front ends. ICBS is an RPG (ILE) application running on AS400 and the front ends are C++ development and JWALK. Work involved specification and testing of all applications and their interface with each other and interface with other external applications.
